Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy Yessh, born 17 October 1992 in India, is an actress in film. Keerthy has mainly appeared in Tamil as well as Telugu cinema along with several films in Malayalam. She won the National Film Award for Best Actress in the role of actress Savitri in Mahanati, a Telugu movie Mahanati (2018). Three SIIMA Awards were also given to her, as was the Filmfare Award South. Keerthy Kumar's parents are filmmaker G. Suresh Kumar & actress Menaka G. Suresh. Her career began in early 2000s, as a young actor. Her return to film after completing her studies in fashion. She played the leading role in Geethaanjali which was a film in Malayalam. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy embarked on the first of her Malayalam projects and also began to work with Tamil at the same time. It is A. L. Vijay along alongside Vikram the director, that released Idhu Enna Maayam in 2015. It didn't go much, but it was released. Her busy schedule throughout 2015 led her choose to stay out of movies which she had already started working on, including Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye as well as Deekay's Kavalai Vendam, to be able to make room for larger projects. The result was that she worked on two films together with Sivakarthikeyan within a short time, Rajini Murugan and Remo as well as playing the main part for Prabhu Solomon's Thodari, alongside Dhanush.Her Telugu debut was planned to release in Ainaa Ishtam Nuvvu. It was delayed since 2015 and reports suggest the film will release after September 2020, under the name Janakitho Nenu. Nenu Sailaja was released in 2016 and was starring actor Ram Pothineni.
