Jeanie Marie Buss was born in America. She is the owner of control of the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association and currently serves as its president. Buss is a native of California and was raised as an heir to a prestigious family. Jerry Buss, her father was a businessman in real estate who was the owner of Lakers Sports and Entertainment. When she was in the year 1972, her parents separated up and she felt emotionally lost. At the age of 19, she took over management of the Los Angeles Strings professional Tennis team as their General Manager. The team was later renamed the Los Angeles Blades professional roller hockey team. She was the president of Great Western Forum prior to becoming vice-president for the Lakers. Buss inherited her share of the Lakers by her dad in the year 2013. Her five siblings were the inheritors through a family estate trust. She assumed the office as head of the Los Angeles Lakers. Buss also co-owns Women of Wrestling, a professional promotion of wrestling with its headquarters within Los Angeles.
