John Denver is a popular singer and songwriter who has touched a multitude of people through his music. The majority of his hits are inspired by Colorado. Born Henry John Deutschendorf Jr. in Roswell New Mexico, the singer-songwriter fell in affection with Colorado and then settled in Aspen. More than a few people took the road to Colorado due to Denver's famous tunes for the state he was raised in.
